Regular PVTA Service Fare Policy
Base Fare $1.25 (for first 5 miles of trip; $.07 per mile thereafter)
Seniors (62+) - 50% off Regular Fare
Persons with Disabilities* - 50% off Regular Fare
Children Ages 6-12 - 50% off Regular Fare
Children Under 6 - FREE
* Verification of a disability may be required from your doctor.

Discount Passes - Get $5.50 worth of PVTA regular route service for $5.00. Ask you PVTA vehicle operator for details.

Work Passes - Passengers riding PVTA work services can save time by purchasing multi-day passes. For a five –day pass, simply multiply your daily round-trip by five (5). So stop fishing around for your daily fare and buy your multi-day work pass today.

PVTA HONORS FORMER MAYOR HICKS   Former Mayor William Hicks was recently recognized by the Potomac Valley Transit Authority Board of Directors for his long service as a member representing the City of Romney.  He was recently presented a plaque at his home in honor of that service.
